Programs
Little Red Preschool believes that children thrive in a loving setting in which the structure of each day is dependable. The pace should allow for individual attention with the right balance of structured activities and supervised free play. Each program provides an enriched environment in which children are encouraged to grow and develop in ways that are harmonious with their individual levels of readiness and interests.

Preschool
Learning to share, taking turns, encouraging creativity and developing self-help skills are just a small sample of the many areas we focus on in our preschool programs. Children are supported as individuals while they develop their physical, cognitive, and emotional skills. We look forward to watching each child grow and advance at their own pace.
Program Options
4-Year-Old
The world of the child is play and through play oriented activities children master those skills necessary for a successful transition to kindergarten. We believe that children learn naturally in a thoughtfully designed environment guided by caring, resourceful and creative teachers and staff. Our 4K teachers are DPI licensed and we are very pleased to be partnered with the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District in providing a quality 4K program.
Program Options
Schoolage
For Grades K-4 we offer a broad range of learning opportunities that encourage each student to develop a positive sense of self and a joy in the lifelong process of learning. Once the students arrive at LRP we start the afternoon with a snack and spend an extended period of time outdoors on our Nature or Large Motor playgrounds. We recognize that outside time is valuable for the growing child and being out in nature stimulates joyful, enlightening insights and experiences. We wrap up the afternoon with homework time, an open-ended art project and many entertaining table-top games and activities.

Summer Preschool
Our summer preschool program is power packed with many fun activities like walking field trips to the library, checking out the local farmer’s market and planting, watering and picking produce from our own LRP garden! We continue to maintain the same structure activities throughout the day, but offer additional fieldtrip opportunities that make for an exciting and memorable summer preschool experience!

Summer Adventure Camp
For Grades K-5 we offer a summer filled with a variety of outdoor adventures! From hiking around Indian Lake, to playing in the Splash Park or picking produce from our LRP garden, our days are busy with outdoor experiences that provide an enjoyable way to encourage children to explore their world!
