District Enrollment
In order to complete the 4k enrollment process for your child, you must also enroll with the Middleton-Cross Plains school district. Click on the link below, go to the section titled “Our Schools” and click on 4k/Early Childhood. Once in the 4k/EC section you will see a sidebar titled “4k Registration.” Once you click on this option, specific instructions for district enrollment will appear.
